well im struggling and i have no idea where the answer is, wanna help a girl out?

Fruit flies are common insects that often hover over your favourite fruits. Like humans, fruit flies have both haploid and diploid cells. In which of their cells would you expect to find mitosis occurring? Meiosis?

it would be Meiosis.

a fruit fly has diploid cells with 8 chromosomes.

Meiosis is a continuous process, but you can think of it as takin place in two stages, Meiosis 1 and Meiosis 2.
