and from the kitchen outlet to the lawn mower. It doesn't care
what problems the mower is having, so it doesn't change.

-- For the current, though, strange as it may seem, when you
hold back a motor and make it slow down, the motor takes
MORE current, and may burn out if it gets stuck for too long.

So when you mow into tall grass with an electric mower and
the blade slows down, the voltage doesn't change, but the
current increases.
