Advice on Desiging Special Abilities?

Hi everyone, I’m having some trouble balancing and theming some of the special abilities for my “Robin Hood vs. Vampires” hack, Brinkwood. If anyone has some general advice to share, I’d appreciate it. Or, if you want to do me a big solid and look over what I have so far, check the link below.
