Character Focused Forged in the Dark?

I’m curious if anyone is working on Forged in the Dark games that eschew the group-level focus and the assumption that the characters are working together?

I know there’s Johnstone Metzger’s Replicant or Lesbian, which takes some of the stuff that’s usually crew level, like Heat and Wanted Level, and puts it on the character playbooks, but has anyone else explored this space?
