We’re looking at Crew Advancements and one of the boxes under the Training ones is Personal. I’m having no luck finding what that’s for and google has failed me. What does that do?
@Mikel_Matthews that crew advancement is for training. Normally when a character trains they mark 1 xp (in an attribute or your playbook). With the advancement when the characters train as a downtime activity they can take 2 marks on their training tract instead of one. The 4 training tracts are Playbook, Insight, Prowess and Resolve. So in this case “Personal” is actually referring to the Playbook Tract. So they would mark 2 xp on their Playbook if the Crew had the Personal Training advance.
