First time playing with diagonal ice (Italian Gentleman)

New favorite, the Black Prince.

Believe it’s a Death & Co. recipe.

  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 3/4 oz Punt e Mes
  • 1/2 oz Averna
  • Dash orange bitters

Our new local Brewery, Sig Brewing, has been doing curbside pickup. Tropical Bliss Hazy IPA on the left and Strawberry Pies Forever on the right. Strawberry puree, diced rhubarb and vanilla conditioned over the top of a red ale. Not bad at all!

Made a Oaxacan Old Fashioned using Bittermilk’s concoction, along with Bozal Ensamble mezcal. Recommend half the suggested measure on the concoction, but dang it’s good!
