New Special Ablities

It doesn’t seem like we’ve got a thread for new special abilities, so here’s a general one. Post your special ability ideas and comment on the ones other people post!

Here are two Sniper abilities I’ve thought of, born from comments that there are no additional uses for Aim, while all the other specialist abilities get a lot of additional uses.

Deep Breaths
When you take a shot and you get a success (6) or critical (multiple 6s), clear one stress. If you spent Aim on the shot, clear an additional stress.

Deadshot
When you spend Aim on a shot, any 1-3 result counts as a 4-5, with an extra consequence (appropriate to the Position of the roll).

Update! I rejiggered these a bit and showed the to my players.

Got Your Six
When you roll a 6 while Shooting to aid your squadmates, anyone within earshot clears 1 stress.

Dead Aim
When you spend Aim on a shot, any 1-3 result counts as a 4-5, with an extra consequence (appropriate to the Position of the roll).

I am extremely pleased with the Got Your Six pun. And that’s the ability the sniper chose!
