A crew I’m GMing for has started to research an Inspector, hoping for something they can use against him to drop their rapidly increasing Wanted level. I was poking through the random tables at the back of the book (I’ve really been enjoying using the People tables), and got inspired to make one of my own just for adding exploitable weaknesses/complications in an NPC’s life.
I thought I’d post it, in case anyone else is looking for ways to make trouble.
