Reconciled: how it works?

Hello blades!
So, one of my characters intends to become a full adept of the Path of Echoes and to “host” (more or less permanently) a ghost of the Reconciled, via ritual preparation. So I was wondering: has anyone an idea of how does the process of “Reconciliation”, that let a full ghost (and not a simple “echo”) avoid going wild, work?
Perhaps the ghost partially “binds” itself to some permanent and powerful echoes in the ghostfield that work like some “anchors” (good memories, for instance, or the remaining structure of past events and buildings, ecc)? That was my idea. Any other?
